Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing an Exam and print off a copy for your records.

By purchasing an Exam, you are confirming your agreement to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms do not apply to any courses provided by Kensington Community Learning Centre CIC (KCLC) nor any other programmes provided by KCLC.

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that the exam booked is the correct one, are eligible to sit, and are registered with AAT for the appropriate course. Please contact us immediately if there are any errors.

You must show photographic ID on the day of your exam. Failure to show ID will result in you being refused entry to the exam. If you do not have any photographic ID then it is suggested you do not schedule your exam until you have it. Please check with your exam boards website for acceptable proof of identification.

Full payment must be made at the time of booking by credit or debit card. Exam places will not be reserved until full payment has cleared.

All payments must be paid at least 7 days prior to the exam date.

You can book more than one exam at a time. However you cannot sit more than one exam in any one session.

If you require special arrangements for the exam (for example extra time) you should contact emma@kclc.co.uk prior to booking your exam. Medical proof and approval of special arrangements is required by the awarding body and can take 14 days to get approved. If you do not provide the required documents and gain the appropriate approval by the date of your exam you will still be able to sit the exam, but you will not be allowed extra time.

No refunds will be given if you fail to arrive for your exam on time. Please make sure you make a careful note of the time and date of your exams.

In the unlikely event that KCLC has to cancel an exam we will attempt to notify you as soon as is reasonably possible. You will be offered a choice of alternative dates at no extra charge.

We will share the personal information you give us with AAT in order to process your exam. This includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, AAT membership number and any medical information you provide for special arrangements.

You will have the option at the time of booking to store your debit/credit card details with us for future purchases. Our payment processor is compliant with PCI standards and does not sell any information to 3rd parties.
